Event Description and *Additional Information : Join The Elks Performing Arts Center and world class Taiko Drummer Ken Koshio for two workshops where Ken will focus on the basics of playing Taiko under the theme of Ma and Wa: Time and Space" Since ancient times, Taiko rhythms set the heartbeat in motion, expressing the melodies and pulse of mother earth. The Taiko workshops will take place in the Crystal Hall on the 3rd floor of the Performing Arts Center on Sunday, the 17th of November at 9 am or 11 am. Workshop size will be limited to no more than 20 people for each to allow for the ultimate hands-on Taiko experience. Please select the time you would prefer from the calendar on the right.
