Winebelly and Beerbelly Tour in the Verde Valley
Prescott, AZ – Following overwhelming success with their immersive wine tours through the Verde Valley—featuring acclaimed stops like Alcantara Vineyards, Javelina Leap Vineyards, Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery, DA Ranch Estate Vineyard, and Tumbleweed Winery—Winebelly and Beerbelly Tours has expanded its offerings to include a brand-new experience: the “Drink In Prescott” Tour.
Founded by Rebekah and Ross McClure in December 2023, Winebelly was born out of a love for Arizona’s vibrant wine culture and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for wine and beer enthusiasts alike. Their tours have become a go-to for locals and tourists looking for a safe, fun, and engaging way to explore Arizona’s tasting scenes.
“We are thrilled to bring our wine and beer tours to beautiful Prescott,” said co-owner Rebekah McClure. “After so much positive feedback from our guests in the Verde Valley, it just made sense to expand to a place like Prescott, which has a growing and exciting local craft scene.”
The “Drink In Prescott” Tour is a carefully curated combination tour, showcasing the best of the city’s breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Guests meet at Back Alley Wine Bar, nestled in the historic Whiskey Row back alley—a fitting start to the journey. Free parking is available nearby in the downtown parking garage, offering a hassle-free launch point for the experience.
The tour shuttle departs at 10:00 a.m., kicking off a flavorful day that includes:
Lunch at State 48 BBQ – Enjoy a hearty BBQ sandwich, side, and a fountain drink.
Granite Mountain Distillery – Sip award-winning spirits and learn about small-batch distillation.
Wren House Brewery – Discover locally crafted beers in a relaxed, modern taproom.A final stop at either Willow Tree Tapas and Wine Bar—for a refined, wine-centric experience—or Lazy G Brewhouse, known for its relaxed patio vibes and flavorful craft brews.
“Prescott has always had a unique charm, and its craft beverage community is no exception,” said Ross McClure, co-owner. “We’ve seen firsthand how much people love the blend of beer, wine, and spirits on one tour. The combination format has been such a hit in the Verde Valley, we knew Prescott would be the perfect next stop.”
The “Drink In Prescott” Tour aims to provide not only a tasting experience but also a safe, social, and educational journey into Prescott’s local beverage culture and local history. Guests can relax and enjoy the tour with transportation, food, and curated stops all thoughtfully included.
With safety as a top priority, Winebelly and Beerbelly Tours ensures that guests can enjoy the full experience responsibly. The company’s clean, comfortable shuttle buses and knowledgeable guides make every trip memorable.
